Lack of isolation of the sanitary facilities

The service at Romeo Hotel was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The modern and comfortable rooms were a delight, and the spa facilities were outstanding, providing privacy and relaxation. Despite a small issue with the coffee machine, it didn't affect our overall satisfaction. Additionally, the hotel's scenic view of Vesuvio from the pool added to the pleasant experience. Breakfast on the top floor was fresh and enjoyable, and the hotel was definitely worth the money.

The service was semi professional, that star restaurant was not my taste.

The hotel is conveniently located near the harbour, making it a great choice for travelers going to and from the ferry terminals. Its central location also allows guests to easily explore most attractions in the area. The rooms have a modern Asian design, providing a unique and comfortable stay. Additionally, the friendly staff and complimentary breakfast buffet with a variety of options add to the positive experience.

Some guests mentioned that the view from certain rooms was not as expected, lacking the promised picturesque scenes of the harbour.

hotel is wonderful and breakfast room splendid with a splendid view of the port.

In spite of asking for a room at the front and therefore with a view of the port, an old and dilapidated construction was seen that covered all the view of the port. We were on the second floor and I calculate that only on the seventh floor could we see the sea. Very disappointing!

The hotel had a fantastic rooftop pool with panoramic views and a stylish spa. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable. The room on the 6th floor had an amazing view. WiFi was excellent and the breakfast served on the top floor was great.

Felt completely satisfied, no complaints at all.

i have not had breakfast and therefore i cannot answer this question. very nice and also extraordinary hotel is located near the transit port and on a very busy road.

Great location, close to all the attractions we wanted to see. the room we had was clean and tidy with a nice sea view. the staff were friendly, kind, and provided exceptional service. the restaurant at the hotel was worth the visit alone.

The view from our harbor deluxe room was not as expected, as we were looking at a ship yard. the bed was too firm for our liking.

I didn't like that a hotel of that category did a credit card lock for an amount much higher than the cost of the stay. Especially since they already have the card number.

There is also an amazing restaurant with great cuisine, perfect for in-room breakfast or a snack at the bar/lounge area.

The only minor issue I experienced was the soundproofing between rooms, which could have been better.

warm welcome, with all the useful explanations, nice room, beautiful view of the port, comfortable, original bathroom. Excellent breakfast with a magnificent view, superb heated outdoor swimming pool, with jaccuzzi, spa at the top, cocktails at the bar prepared with care and served with great kindness, conclusion everything was perfect and we will come back with pleasure in this hotel!

A beautiful exclusive hotel with a great view of the harbour, if you have booked the sea side. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

breakfast offer was very meagre. little choice of sausage, no salmon, no soft-boiled eggs, no fried eggs. does not correspond to a 5* hotel. car is taken over by the staff on arrival and brought to the hotel's own garage. unfortunately, it is returned with minor damage, you can be sure that the car will not be stolen.

The spa facilities were amazing, with clean treatment rooms and a relaxing pool. The staff were incredibly gracious and attentive. The rooms were lovely and well stocked. The buffet breakfast had extensive options and great quality. Great views of the port and bay.

The location is not really ideal, you can hear the cars in the rooms on the 3rd floor. It is a pity that the bar on the ground floor is closed because it is very beautiful.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The location was convenient, with easy access to boat trips to different parts of the coast and islands. Additionally, being right in front of the harbor made it effortless to catch a ferry to Capri or the ferries going to Sorrento. The breakfast options were excellent with a wide variety to choose from.

The bathroom. It lacks privacy when traveling with the family. Because it wants to be modern, it is not right to have glass that lets you see everything

During our recent city trip, we had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Naples. the first thing we loved about the hotel was the warm welcome we received from the staff. They were incredibly attentive and obliging throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. the room was also a highlight, as it was very comfortable and had a cozy bed with luxurious bedding. We slept like babies each night, ensuring we were well-rested for our city explorations.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the breakfast area was not very pleasant.

Breakfast not very well provided in "salty". Not always a place for breakfast depending on the time of arrival and waiting. Situation of the hotel A little "lost" surrounded by very ugly buildings but on the other hand close to points of interest!

We recently stayed at a luxurious 5-star hotel in Naples, and we were impressed by the exclusive amenities offered. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional with an outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. We enjoyed full body massages, back massages and beauty treatments in a Spa lounge. the sun terrace with sun loungers was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the view of the city. the restaurant served delicious food, and in-room breakfast was offered.

the spectacular view of the Vesuvius from the pool area made up for this.
